“Melissa follows all the steps and protocols that SafelyYou has implemented. She understands the importance of providing extraordinary care to our residents,” says Steve Cheregosha, Memory Care Director. “She responds to fall calls immediately and while the resident is on the floor, she stays with them to accompany them and comfort them until a nurse arrives to assess them.”
