Join our mission to make safer dementia care more accessible
We’re committed to better quality dementia care—and its availability. Be part of the solution.
At SafelyYou, we want to elevate the standard of dementia care, making higher quality care available, and available to more people. For many of us, Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia have touched our lives, so we share this passion, and it’s deeply personal. For others, there is a commitment to using the best of technology in the best possible ways, improving lives in senior living communities. Whatever brought us to SafelyYou, we all share one thing: we’re making a positive impact with work we love to do. And we’d love for you to join us.
Our values
We are caregivers first.
We fundamentally understand and deeply care about those living with dementia, their families, and their caregivers. We are uniquely positioned to build a better world for them, and that responsibility motivates us to work from a place of empathy and personal imperative.
We are hard problem solvers.
We are not interested in superficial solutions or results. We focus on meaningful change with lasting impact, building trust and credibility.
We are resilient.
We understand the sensitive nature of what we do, and that informs every move we make in the service of our mission. We push our own boundaries and address both success and failure openly—without ego or blame—so we can learn and move forward.
We are a team.
We set our expectations high for each other—and our work—and we take every chance to exceed them. We reward with a deep generosity that matches the height of our expectations. We partner together—and with our customers—so that individual success is a success shared by all.
Our commitment to diversity and inclusion
At SafelyYou, we understand what it means to invest in our people, because we know that they’re our most valuable asset. Part of that investment is being committed to fostering and preserving a culture of diversity and inclusion. We believe that a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace is one where all employees are valued and respected, regardless of their race, gender, ethnicity, national origin, age, sexual orientation or identity, education, or disability. The individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, and capabilities our people bring to the team help define our culture. And we want it to be shaped by as many influences as possible.
