Communications Manager

The Communications Manager will help execute and develop strategic marketing solutions and communications across the organization.   • Partner closely with the Director of Marketing to design and deliver on internal & external communications strategies tailored to our audiences — both B2B and B2C
  • Produce strategic content and use the written word to execute deliverables based upon established editorial calendar for placement across multiple channels including, but not limited to, websites, social media, ads, blogs, whitepapers, PR, and internal communications

Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager will manage customer accounts to drive adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion and advocacy across your portfolio.  This includes understanding customer outcomes through ongoing analysis of data. This role is ideal for an individual who has a high level of emotional intelligence with a strong project management background.  You work best in a dynamic, fast paced, technology-driven environment and are enthusiastic about making a real impact within the healthcare space.

  • Manage customer accounts to drive adoption and fall reduction outcomes leading to renewals, expansion and advocacy across your portfolio
  • The main point of contact between the company and a number of named accounts
  • Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers and post go-live support

Director of Care Services

The Director of Care Services will oversee our clinical support team focused on assessing resident falls and intervention plans utilizing our game-changing fall-detection and prevention technology.  This multifaceted position will manage the productivity of our Clinician team, facilitate educational content for both webinars and SafelyYou University, host webinars, and support with customer success which will include video conferencing or onsite training. This role is ideal for an individual who is a registered and licensed as an occupational therapist, physical therapist or nurse with strong interpersonal skills, presentation and training skills, and is enthusiastic about making a real impact within the healthcare space.

  • Manage the success and service delivery of SafelyYou’s Fall-Insight and Staff Insight services
  • Manage our clinicians who predominately include a 3rd party organization based in Manila, Philippines but may include hiring locally:
    • Ensure quality and timeliness of services delivered meet the needs of the customer
    • Developing and refining training materials, answering regular questions, troubleshooting technology
    • Regularly evaluating productivity and QA metrics to ensure data are delivered according to internal SLAs
    • Develop and streamline processes to ensure workflows are maximized to deliver the services
    • Cultivating a healthy and motivated workforce for this critical extension of our SafelyYou team
  • Serve as a Customer Success Manager for 1 account in order to have continuous engagement with our customer needs and understanding product needs

  • Develop, implement, and monitor systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with all departments, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals

Implementation Manager

The Implementation Manager will assist with implementation of our technology to our growing portfolio of healthcare customers. Your role will work closely with our Operations and Engineering Department assessing the needs for each customer to begin using the technology, purchasing/coordinating the required resources and equipment for installation, ensuring installation vendors are trained on requirements for each installation, and supporting the overall implementation of our equipment/software. This role is ideal for an individual who possesses strong project management skills with a high level of commitment to customer success that is enthusiastic about making a real impact within the healthcare space. First and foremost, we are looking for a detail-oriented person that obsesses about service delivery and enjoys proactively thinking through every item that could impact the customer.   

  • Lead implementations for SafelyYou’s growing portfolio of healthcare clients
  • Successfully and effectively manage simultaneous, diverse implementation projects on schedule, within budget and with high customer satisfaction
  • Conduct discovery consulting sessions to understand technical requirements for project planning, resourcing, logistics, and project execution for installation of IP camera, networking equipment, and servers

Sales Development Representative​

The SafelyYou Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating qualified leads and supporting the sales process. Their performance is measured based on revenue generation to assure the Company meets its revenue targets. Duties will include; account targeting & prospecting, pre-sales due diligence, establishing contact and developing qualified appointments. They will provide professional & knowledgeable product representation and ongoing updates to Company management.

The SafelyYou Sales Development Representative must have a solid understanding of the sales process. They should have strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, dynamic, warm and engaging. The SDR should have effective writing and verbal communication skills. with good judgment. Previous experience in a sales development role & proven ability to leverage social media, in particular, LinkedIn is a significant advantage.

Senior Account Manager

SafelyYou is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join a rapidly growing team that brings cutting-edge technology to customers in senior living.  The Senior Account Manager would be responsible for building/ growing relationships with customers to create added value through expansion growth and oversight of existing accounts.This high impact position will have a combined focus of sales, relationship management, and customer success and is ideal for an individual who has a proven record of success in a SaaS technology company where you have driven revenue, retention and growth.  You should be a self-starter with demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges.  Above all, you will care deeply about the customer and delight in creating simple and elegant solutions that solve our customers’ biggest challenges.

Senior Computer Vision Scientist

The Senior Computer Vision Scientist will build new AI models and enhance our existing models for our groundbreaking fall detection technology.  This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys collaborating closely with cross-disciplinary teams to create an impactful product.

  • Improve the performance of the current fall detection system.
  • Manage production releases and updates of AI models.
  • Coordinate and advise the annotation team to ensure high quality labelled data collection.
  • Improve active learning strategies to reduce data labeling requirements. 
  • Improve and iterate on strategies for transfer learning to expedite product installation in new customer facilities.
  • Advise and evaluate the feasibility of future product features beyond fall prevention.

Senior DevOps Engineer

The Senior Backend Engineer will manage the APIs and data exchange between the server and the UI front end. The primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the data across SQL and NoSQL storage back ends. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by the UI team into the application. This role is ideal for an individual who has experience in a leadership role with strong communication skills, mentorship, adaptability and a collaborative mindset. 

  • Deep networking knowledge
  • Experience with Linux based systems (Ubuntu or equivalent) at scale
  • Experience with Deployment tools such as (Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible)
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as (Kibana, Nagios)
  • Cloud experience with AWS.
  • Scripting experience using Python
  • Integration of user-facing elements developed by a front end team with server-side logic
  • Build a distributed and scalable backend that can run across a cluster of VMs & containers
  • Build REST based APIs for specific features and UI workflows
  • Building reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
  • Implementation of security and data protection as part of back end APIs
  • Create efficient SQL or NoSQL schema for persistent data storage

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer or Senior Backend Engineer, or Devops Engineer  or equivalent in a SaaS company, preferably in a startup environment
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
  • Understanding of “session management” in a distributed server environment
  • User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
  • Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
  • Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes
  • Experience with Linux, SQL, Key-value stores, NoSQL back ends
  • Expert level knowledge (2+ years of regular use) in a programming language such as Python (preferred), C++, etc.
  • Ability to streamline, plan, manage and implement processes that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
