Clinical Informatics Specialist

The Clinical Informatics Specialist will be responsible for sourcing valuable clinical outcome stories from 15,000+ fall videos to support SafelyYou’s thought leadership in the senior living industry. They will be responsible for the development and management of unique, large scale ongoing real-world data focused on SafelyYou’s Insight data and leveraging customer specific data from their incident reporting, EHR or other resources. This will also include defining the data standards using industry guidelines, understanding customer outcomes through ongoing analysis of data and drawing on past experience with managing real world evidence data sets. This role is ideal for an individual who understands analysis concepts, an understanding of data standards and system adoption paired with electronic health/personal data driving clinical outcomes. You work best in a dynamic, fast paced, technology-driven environment and are enthusiastic about making a real impact within the senior living space.

  • Developing and managing the content curation pipeline for SafelyYou customer data to ensure accurate data and meaningful data is being captured and available
  • Data curation will utilize working knowledge and experience in the senior living or healthcare industry on what data is valuable to tell meaningful stories around SafelyYou outcomes on fall management and beyond
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to enhance and further develop the data collection, management, and distribution infrastructure (reporting engine and sources)
  • Supporting ad hoc statistical requests and canned reporting standards for data mining and analysis to aid in customer success or product design
  • Creation, statistical analysis, and reporting in various graphical formats of targeted data sets for operational purposes and to monitor SafelyYou service delivery
  • Conducting directed research in new opportunity areas to further develop new products and services or industry verticals

The Ideal Candidate

  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse
  • Minimum of 5+ years direct industry experience in healthcare setting, clinical systems, or equivalent in a healthcare setting, preferably in a healthcare SaaS startup environment
  • Minimum of 3+ years in a clinical data analysis function
  • Nursing Informatics Certification a plus

Computer Vision Engineer

The Computer Vision Engineer will work on computer vision pipelines and help to build new AI models and enhance our existing models for our groundbreaking fall detection technology.  This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys collaborating closely with cross-disciplinary teams to create an impactful product.

  • Improve the performance of the current fall detection system.
  • Develop new AI features, pipeline, and models targeting future use cases.
  • Improve and implement active learning strategies to reduce data labeling requirements.
  • Improve and implement strategies for transfer learning to expedite product installation in new customer facilities.
  • Scale up the training infrastructure for AI models.
  • Manage production releases and updates of AI models.
  • Implement computer vision models in new edge computing environments.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Degree(s) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2+ years of practical experience applying computer vision, machine learning and deep learning to solve complex problems.

Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager will manage customer accounts to drive adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion and advocacy across your portfolio.  This includes understanding customer outcomes through ongoing analysis of data. This role is ideal for an individual who has a high level of emotional intelligence with a strong project management background.  You work best in a dynamic, fast paced, technology-driven environment and are enthusiastic about making a real impact within the healthcare space.

  • Manage customer accounts to drive adoption and fall reduction outcomes leading to renewals, expansion and advocacy across your portfolio
  • The main point of contact between the company and a number of named accounts
  • Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers and post go-live support
  • Drive retention and growth by understanding customer needs and helping them succeed
  • Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers through Fall Huddles, site visits and data analysis for deeper engagement
  • Enable successful roll-out to customer employees through developing creative assets, brainstorming ideas and attending launches virtually or in person
  • Identify opportunities for customers to act as SafelyYou advocates (e.g. testimonials, case studies)
  • Represent the voice of the customer to improve our sales process and product roadmap

Implementation Manager

The Implementation Manager will assist with implementation of our technology to our growing portfolio of healthcare customers. Your role will work closely with our Operations and Engineering Department assessing the needs for each customer to begin using the technology, purchasing/coordinating the required resources and equipment for installation, ensuring installation vendors are trained on requirements for each installation, and supporting the overall implementation of our equipment/software. This role is ideal for an individual who possesses strong project management skills with a high level of commitment to customer success that is enthusiastic about making a real impact within the healthcare space. First and foremost, we are looking for a detail-oriented person that obsesses about service delivery and enjoys proactively thinking through every item that could impact the customer.   

  • Lead implementations for SafelyYou’s growing portfolio of healthcare clients
  • Successfully and effectively manage simultaneous, diverse implementation projects on schedule, within budget and with high customer satisfaction
  • Conduct discovery consulting sessions to understand technical requirements for project planning, resourcing, logistics, and project execution for installation of IP camera, networking equipment, and servers 
  • Coordinate internal resources, customer resources, and third-party installers for the smooth execution of projects

The Office Manager will support company operations, facilities management, event planning, and miscellaneous administrative duties. You will also help us create a productive, warm and inviting atmosphere for SafelyYou’s team members and visitors.. This role is ideal for an individual who possesses strong project management skills, thrives on multitasking, being meticulously organized, and finding unorthodox solutions to problems. They are comfortable working in an environment that is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and ever-evolving.  

  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Liaise with the landlord and building manager regarding building-related issues to keep our team comfy and safe
  • Manage vendors, stocking, and inventory for office snacks and supplies to ensure smooth business and people operations
  • Creatively adapt the office operations to the changing needs of the team
  • Manage purchases for office equipment as the needs of the team change as we grow

Product Support Specialist

We are seeking an energetic, passionate and execution-focused Product Support Specialist who is committed to learning Safely You’s solutions while being responsible for day-to-day service delivery and the execution of changes and improvements. You will handle operational issues, improvement opportunities, and develop creative and innovative solutions where appropriate.

Candidates are experienced professionals with a customer centric mentality in creating the best experience.  You will be responsible for the interpretation and consistent execution of the operation policies and associated procedures, and contribute to their formulation.  The candidate is expected to be independent, self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.

The role requires the ability to gather requirements and feedback from leaders, understand the business issues, and develop innovative and practical solutions to address new business requirements. This individual contributor role joins the Operations Team reporting to the Director of Operations - Safely You.

  • Leverage product expertise to investigate, triage, and resolve issues
  • Be the Safely You evangelist and manage day-to-day customer service interactions
  • Partner with Customer Success & Engineering to improve product quality and resources

The SafelyYou Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating qualified leads and supporting the sales process. Their performance is measured based on revenue generation to assure the Company meets its revenue targets. Duties will include; account targeting & prospecting, pre-sales due diligence, establishing contact and developing qualified appointments. They will provide professional & knowledgeable product representation and ongoing updates to Company management.

The SafelyYou Sales Development Representative must have a solid understanding of the sales process. They should have strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, dynamic, warm and engaging. The SDR should have effective writing and verbal communication skills. with good judgment. Previous experience in a sales development role & proven ability to leverage social media, in particular, LinkedIn is a significant advantage.

Senior DevOps Engineer

The Senior Backend Engineer will manage the APIs and data exchange between the server and the UI front end. The primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the data across SQL and NoSQL storage back ends. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by the UI team into the application. This role is ideal for an individual who has experience in a leadership role with strong communication skills, mentorship, adaptability and a collaborative mindset.
