Sales Development Representative​

The SafelyYou Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating qualified leads and supporting the sales process. Their performance is measured based on revenue generation to assure the Company meets its revenue targets. Duties will include; account targeting & prospecting, pre-sales due diligence, establishing contact and developing qualified appointments. They will provide professional & knowledgeable product representation and ongoing updates to Company management.

The SafelyYou Sales Development Representative must have a solid understanding of the sales process. They should have strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, dynamic, warm and engaging. The SDR should have effective writing and verbal communication skills. with good judgment. Previous experience in a sales development role & proven ability to leverage social media, in particular, LinkedIn is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed individual lead generation goals
  • Generate leads within the designated market of senior living communities & skilled facilities
  • Deliver motivational sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Obtain support & guidance from others in the Company as needed for sales opportunities
  • Answer client questions; including products, prices & availability
  • Calibrate the content of sales presentations based on pre-sales due diligence
  • Identify opportunities to enhance & accelerate the sales process
  • Update, maintain, & follow up on activities in Company CRM
  • Develop sales efforts in collaboration with Company marketing programs
  • Efficiently & effectively transition sales & lead opportunities to other Company resources
  • Keep management informed regarding daily, weekly, monthly activities & performances
  • Provide feedback on products, services, & policies to respective Company team members
  • Maintain current market & product knowledge

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field
  • 1-3 years’ experience in sales development, technology, SW, and/or healthcare
  • Solid understanding of the sales process & dynamics
  • Commitment to integrity & customer service
  • Proven positive organization interactions
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills, ability to quickly build rapport with customers
  • Experience using digital business tools, including CRM (Hubspot or Salesforce), Slack, LinkedIn
  • Competency in MS Office or Google Drive applications
  • Energized working in a rapid-paced environment
