Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager will manage customer accounts to drive adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion and advocacy across your portfolio.  This includes understanding customer outcomes through ongoing analysis of data. This role is ideal for an individual who has a high level of emotional intelligence with a strong project management background.  You work best in a dynamic, fast paced, technology-driven environment and are enthusiastic about making a real impact within the healthcare space.

  • Manage customer accounts to drive adoption and fall reduction outcomes leading to renewals, expansion and advocacy across your portfolio
  • The main point of contact between the company and a number of named accounts
  • Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers and post go-live support
  • Drive retention and growth by understanding customer needs and helping them succeed
  • Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers through Fall Huddles, site visits and data analysis for deeper engagement
  • Enable successful roll-out to customer employees through developing creative assets, brainstorming ideas and attending launches virtually or in person
  • Identify opportunities for customers to act as SafelyYou advocates (e.g. testimonials, case studies)
  • Represent the voice of the customer to improve our sales process and product roadmap
  • Work cross-functionality across all internal SY teams: AI, engineering, operations, sales

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • PT/PTA, OT/OTA, CNA, LVN, or RN is considered a plus
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Customer Success Manager or equivalent in a healthcare setting, preferably in a healthcare SaaS startup environment
  • Passionate about SafelyYou’s mission and our technology
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ownership mentality for our customer’s success throughout the lifecycle of each implementation project
  • Proactive about anticipating and addressing issues before they arise
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver on multiple projects at a time
  • Demonstrated ability to wear many hats, manage ambiguity, and apply problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships
  • Comfortable with G Suite, Office 360, HubSpot and Slack
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time - ideally with your own vehicle

Technical Operations Manager

The Technical Operations Manager will assist with implementation of our technology to our growing portfolio of healthcare customers. Your role will work closely with our Operations and Engineering Department assessing the needs for each customer to begin using the technology, purchasing/coordinating the required resources and equipment for installation, ensuring installation vendors are trained on requirements for each installation, and supporting the overall implementation of our equipment/software. This role is ideal for an individual who possesses strong project management skills with a high level of commitment to customer success that is enthusiastic about making a real impact within the healthcare space. First and foremost, we are looking for a detail-oriented person that obsesses about service delivery and enjoys proactively thinking through every item that could impact the customer.   

  • Lead implementations for SafelyYou’s growing portfolio of healthcare clients
  • Successfully and effectively manage simultaneous, diverse implementation projects on schedule, within budget and with high customer satisfaction
  • Conduct discovery consulting sessions to understand technical requirements for project planning, resourcing, logistics, and project execution for installation of IP camera, networking equipment, and servers 
  • Coordinate internal resources, customer resources, and third-party installers for the smooth execution of projects
  • Training with installation vendors and review of completed work. 
  • Remote support during implementation of equipment
  • Work with facilities during the initial deployment of servers and cameras
  • Support post-implementation troubleshooting
  • Work cross-functionality across all internal SY teams: AI, engineering, customer success, sales / marketing
  • Support COO / VP of Engineering with various internal implementation management projects for the organization

The Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Implementation Manager, Technical Operations Manager, Field Engineer or equivalent in a SaaS company, preferably in a startup environment
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience architecting solutions and integrations for a diverse set of customers
  • Ability to present and explain our technology to a wide range of audiences - from C-Suite to clinical to non-technical audiences
  • Passionate about our mission and our technology
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ownership mentality for our customer’s success throughout the lifecycle of each implementation project
  • Proactive about anticipating and addressing issues before they arise
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver on multiple projects at a time

Sales Development Representative​

The SafelyYou Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating qualified leads and supporting the sales process. Their performance is measured based on revenue generation to assure the Company meets its revenue targets. Duties will include; account targeting & prospecting, pre-sales due diligence, establishing contact and developing qualified appointments. They will provide professional & knowledgeable product representation and ongoing updates to Company management.

The SafelyYou Sales Development Representative must have a solid understanding of the sales process. They should have strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, dynamic, warm and engaging. The SDR should have effective writing and verbal communication skills. with good judgment. Previous experience in a sales development role & proven ability to leverage social media, in particular, LinkedIn is a significant advantage.

  • Meet or exceed individual lead generation goals
  • Generate leads within the designated market of senior living communities & skilled facilities
  • Deliver motivational sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Obtain support & guidance from others in the Company as needed for sales opportunities
  • Answer client questions; including products, prices & availability
  • Calibrate the content of sales presentations based on pre-sales due diligence
  • Identify opportunities to enhance & accelerate the sales process
  • Update, maintain, & follow up on activities in Company CRM
  • Develop sales efforts in collaboration with Company marketing programs
  • Efficiently & effectively transition sales & lead opportunities to other Company resources
  • Keep management informed regarding daily, weekly, monthly activities & performances
  • Provide feedback on products, services, & policies to respective Company team members
  • Maintain current market & product knowledge

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field
  • 1-3 years’ experience in sales development, technology, SW, and/or healthcare
  • Solid understanding of the sales process & dynamics
  • Commitment to integrity & customer service
  • Proven positive organization interactions
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills, ability to quickly build rapport with customers
  • Experience using digital business tools, including CRM (Hubspot or Salesforce), Slack, LinkedIn
  • Competency in MS Office or Google Drive applications
  • Energized working in a rapid-paced environment
