March’s Fall Champion Hero is Christina Brosman, Program Coordinator at Brookdale Flagstaff in Flagstaff, Arizona. Christy has been promoted twice at her community, going from a Caregiver to a Med Tech, and now to her current role as Program Coordinator. Her advancements are clearly deserved, as Christy is known for caring deeply for residents and doing everything she can to assist in preventing falls while allowing residents to help in their own care.

Bobby Balatskos, Executive Director at Brookdale Flagstaff says, “Christy has been a pillar for the Brookdale Flagstaff community. As a Caregiver and Med Tech, she made sure every resident was well cared for, and now by leading the programs for our Clare Bridge residents, Christy is taking resident engagement to new heights. By implementing learnings from SafelyYou, Christy has also been a huge part of fall prevention for our residents.” Know a Fall Champion Hero? Nominate them today.

Christy is another stand-out in the outstanding care being provided on senior care’s front lines. We’re grateful for her dedication to her roles and her deep commitment to fall prevention. We’re proud of you, Christy, and we’re proud to name you a Fall Champion Hero. If you know someone like Christy who should be a Fall Champion Hero too, please share your story with us.
