It’s a great pleasure to welcome Regan Clark into the ranks of our Fall Champion Heroes—she’s the amazing member of senior living’s front line care staff we’re recognizing in December. Regan is a Lead Care Partner in The Cottage at Highgate Senior Living in Billings, Montana. She’s been in her position for just a year, but has already established herself as “an outstanding team member and a great role model,” according to her nominator, Mikala Batt, Cottage Coordinator. “Regan has always displayed a soft, nurturing presence,” Mikala says. “She is really good about joining the resident’s journey by allowing the resident to tell their recollection of events. She waits attentively to complete vitals and ensures the resident is comfortable to move to the next task. Regan provides a detailed assessment while having the resident’s best interest in mind through the whole process.”
