Meet Joyce Zulu, Care Manager at MorningStar Jordan Creek in West Des Moines, Iowa, and our January Care Champion Hero! Joyce has only been in her role for three months, but has already had a tremendous impact on her community, hosting engaging activities with the residents, building relationships with them, and learning their stories while sharing her own. In the event of an incident, Joyce is known for following proper protocols, being an excellent communicator, and always putting the resident’s needs first.
