Meet Paulina Alvarado, a Med Tech at Maravilla at The Domain, and December’s Care Champion Hero! She’s dedicated to providing outstanding care to residents, especially after an incident occurs. Her fall response includes getting down on the floor with a resident, holding their hand, and continuing to comfort them until additional assistance arrives.
