We’re thrilled to introduce you to Breyane Smith, a Resident Care Manager at Oregon Veteran’s Home in Lebanon, Oregon, and our February Care Champion Hero. Breyane has been in her role for an incredible ten years—and has been in long-term care for an amazing 25 years!
