Tabitha is recognized for her quick response to fall alerts, her thorough review of fall videos, and the compassionate care she brings to every interaction with residents. What truly sets Tabitha apart is her commitment to making sure every incident is validated and every resident receives the support they need at the most critical moments. Although Tabitha works overnight, she’s known for creating meaningful interactions with residents during that time, building trust and deep relationships. She sets an example for her team and is loved by the residents.
