Meghna brings a strong background in healthcare administration and hospitality management, supported by an MBA from Marylhurst University. Recognized as Leisure Care’s Executive of the Year in 2014 and 2015, she is known for her collaborative leadership style, commitment to employee satisfaction, and passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences.
Joel Rosenberg
Vice President of Data & Analytics, Life Care Services
Joel Rosenberg is the Vice President of Data & Analytics at Life Care Services. In his role, Joel oversees data governance, data science, AI, and various analytics capabilities. His focus is on transforming data into a valuable asset and bringing analytics to life within the organization. Joel leads the development of analytics solutions to help LCS better understand markets, optimize the sales funnel, empower employees, and best serve residents. Recently, he has directed the strategy and execution of LCS’s AI initiatives.Joel has over a decade of experience in data science, analytics, and consulting, both as a practitioner and a leader. He is the co-founder of Des Moines Data for Good, a non-profit that supports Iowa nonprofits in advancing their missions through data. Before joining LCS, Joel led Principal Financial Group’s analytics function within the insurance benefits division, where he led the development of two patent-pending solutions. He holds an undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), specializing in analytics and statistics.
