We’re proud to honor Chidimma “Chi” Nnamoko, Qualified Medication Aide at The Harrison at Eagle Valley as our May Care Champion Hero! Chi is one of the first to welcome visitors to the community with a warm smile. Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate residents’ needs ensures their comfort is top priority. When responding to a fall event, Chi is patient and meets each resident where they are on their own journey, getting creative when redirection is needed and showing genuine compassion while assisting residents. Chi consistently responds with positivity and care, ensuring protocols are followed and residents are safe and supported after and incident occurs. And she’s quick to help others and communicates effectively with leadership, always helping to ensure residents receive the highest-quality care.
